Opportunities to Practice together
Hi dear friends,
I’ve been pretty quiet on this platform for a little while now, mostly because I’ve fallen back in love with my creative practices. It’s been a really beautiful and generative time. I especially feel the shift of the Lunar New Year, and it’s been feeling like a powerful internal shift as we enter into this new chapter!
Just a reminder to you, if its helpful, spend some time every day creating. It truly will change your whole being. Especially when you create just for yourself.
Rescheduled for March 4th! Tomorrow I’m offering a free workshop at The Word is Change Bookstore. I’m excited for the opportunity to practice with some of you in person!
I’m also offering a 4 week practice group in March. It’s donation based, and no one is turned away for lack of funds. I’m being called to practice more deeply especially holding metta and ancestor protection practices close! There is something so magical about practicing together (after all, it is the work!), but I think it also really strengthens us to be able to face the world in a more generative, discerning way!
